Before delving into the world of real estate, Raymond found success in the corporate and academic fields. He holds several degrees in scientific disciplines, including a master’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT and a Ph.D. in computer science and engineering from the University of Washington. In addition to his successful corporate career in the engineering realm, he also spent time teaching and doing research at the University of California, Berkeley.
Originally from New York, Raymond was born into a family of real estate investors and developers, sparking his interest in the field at an early age. After his homebuying journey in California, he further developed a passion for helping others navigate a complex real estate market. This inspired him to pursue his real estate license in 2021. With the mindset of an educator, he makes an exceptional advocate for first-time homebuyers and tech workers as they relocate to the area. In his free time, Raymond enjoys cooking, reading, and writing. He is highly active in the local hang gliding community, and he holds several volunteer positions at local organizations. Most notably, Raymond has acted as a volunteer at Camp Okizu and a volunteer chef at A Home Away from Homelessness. He also is a volunteer consultant for Singapore Open Government Products.
