Growing up in a family of real estate investors and property managers, Andrew developed a unique real estate perspective. Now he’s an expert investor with over 15 years experience investing in duplex and single-family homes in and out of state. Through years of owning, managing, and remodeling properties, Andrew has mastered the art of identifying worthy fixer-uppers. His careful observations and years of experience ensure his clients stay within their budget.
Born and raised in the Sacramento area, Andrew graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and finance. During his early career, Andrew worked in banking and commercial leasing before relocating to Sunnyvale in 1997, where he transitioned his finance experience into the tech industry before breaking into real estate. His finance background makes him a whiz at financial modeling and asset valuation, two inestimable skills that he leverages to his clients’ benefit.
In addition to real estate, Andrew has coached both AYSO soccer and YMCA basketball in Mountain View. He currently coaches basketball through Cupertino Hoops. He is passionate about fundraising initiatives focused on the Los Altos community, including for his daughters’ schools and sports teams. In his free time, Andrew enjoys coaching his daughters in basketball and soccer, gardening, and barbecuing.
